This is, after all Hunger Awareness Month and since the Donate Your Weight plan is all about tuning into your real hunger and only eating when you’re truly physically hungry this series of podcasts will help you to identify and change your automatic, habitual, unconscious eating patterns. Learn how to eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re satisfied and watch yourself become slimmer automatically.
