Moving your body is the most fun, freeing and natural thing there is. Chances are, when you were a kid no one had to force you to go outside and play. For most of us running, skipping, jumping, bike riding and sports were all a natural and joyful part of childhood. Something changed for us as we got older and mostly it was our perception.
