Moving your body is the most fun, freeing and natural thing there is. Chances are, when you were a kid no one had to force you to go outside and play. For most of us running, skipping, jumping, bike riding and sports were all a natural and joyful part of childhood.

Something changed for us as we got older and mostly it was our perception. If you want more joy, vitality and vibrancy in your life you owe it to yourself to move more and to have fun doing it. Weight loss or exterior body changes are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to benefits you’ll experience and exercise doesn’t have to take place in a sweaty, steel gym with rows of machines.
