Many times dieters or people who struggle with weight and eating get trapped in an all-or-nothing pattern with food and exercise. Some of us get so frustrated with our spare-tire that we commit to drastic measures and try to conquer the bulge once and for all. The only problem is, shortly thereafter we tend to go right back to our old ways and sometimes we even rebel with a vengeance and end up worse off than if we hadn’t done anything at all.
